A collision between four vehicles on the A-7 motorway in the Vélez-Málaga area in the Costa del Sol disrupted traffic and caused injuries early on Tuesday morning. A 23-year-old woman has been admitted to hospital, although her condition is unknown.
According to information from the traffic management centre, the incident occurred at kilometre 966 at approximately 8.15am.
The collision has generated a traffic jam of at least seven kilometres in the direction of Almeria and forced the closure of A-7 lanes. Only the left lane was open to traffic at 9am.
